What is involved in our OCAS services?

Namaka Compliance have created Outsourced Competence Assurance Support (OCAS) services, enabling organisations to outsource all their competence requirements. Namaka Compliance can undertake OCAS services for SME's to Tier 1 EPC's and IEC's, acting as their extended Competence arm. This allows organizations to concentrate on their core business while ensuring that all competence elements are managed effectively.

OCAS allows clients to have access to a Team lead, Advisors and Co-ordinators which in most case would increase their costs substantially, however at Namaka Compliance this is done through a retainer fee per month over a year and is far less than taking on staff at a full-time basis. What also differentiates us from our competitors is that these personnel are staff and not contractors ensuring continuity with our clients.

Organisations operating in highly regulated sectors such as Oil and Gas, Power Generation, and Nuclear are required to have a robust competence framework. Namaka Compliance can undertake a gap analysis to determine where the organization currently stands in terms of competence framework development.
