Namaka Compliance Awarded OCAS contract with Omega Subsea

Namaka Compliance have recently been awarded an Outsourced Competence Assurance Support (OCAS) contract with Norwegian Headquartered company Omega Subsea for all their ROV and Survey positions for up to 200 personnel.

The team at Namaka Compliance have been working closely with their Training and Competence Manager Gavin Innes to ensure that the Competence Management System (CMS) is implemented effectively against their organisational requirements.

This OCAS service incorporates the following:

  • Development of processes and procedures (this is where we have digitalised the process in to ‘Athena’)
  • Face to face and remote instructor led Assessor and verifier training

Implementation and use of ‘Athena’ our online CMS.


This will ensure that Omega Subsea are able to demonstrate the competency of their personnel in real time.
